We are NOT a wedding venue, photographer, or planner. We do not provide wedding services directly. This website is an independent informational guide and lead referral service operated by The Phoenix Ascension Group Inc, a Florida registered company.
2. Our Role
We connect couples planning destination weddings with local vendors in Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic. We provide informational content to help with wedding planning decisions. Our role is limited to making introductions and providing educational resources. We do not participate in service delivery, negotiate contracts, or handle payments between you and any vendor.
3. No Warranty on Vendors
We do not guarantee, endorse, or warrant the services of any third-party vendor listed on or referred through this website. Any contracts, agreements, or financial transactions are between you and the vendor directly. We are not a party to those agreements and bear no responsibility for vendor performance, quality of service, availability, pricing, or any disputes that arise between you and a vendor.
